Selection criteria for adjustable pressure reducing valve

1. Within the range of spring yellow pressure given, the outlet pressure can be continuously adjusted between the larger and the least pressure relief valve, and there should be no jamming or abnormal vibration;

2. For the soft-sealing pressure reducing valve, there should be no leakage within the required time; for the metal material sealing pressure reducing valve, the leakage cannot exceed 0.5 of the larger total flow;

3. When the total outlet flow changes, the immediate effect outlet pressure error value does not exceed 20, and the guiding type does not exceed 10;

4. When the channel pressure changes, the immediate effect outlet pressure error does not exceed 10, and the guiding type does not exceed 5;

5. The pressure of the rear valve of the superheated steam adjustable pressure reducing valve should be lower than 0.5 times of the pressure before the valve;

17. When the medium is steam, a pilot piston engine or pilot metal bellows pressure reducing valve should be used;

18. In order to facilitate the actual operation, adjustment and maintenance, the pressure reducing valve should generally be installed on the level pipe.
